Nick McAuliffe

Nick has 30 years’ experience within specialist finance with a focus on both growth and creating value for clients. His career spans a range of lending asset classes, with a focus on intermediary led distribution where service and relationships are critical to success. 

Having held a range of senior Executive positions, he brings a commercial and well-rounded perspective to any situation which combines a strategic outlook with a pragmatic approach to getting things done.

Having spent several years at First National and then GE Capital, Nick was Operations Director at Commercial First, then became COO at the launch of Shawbrook Bank transitioning to MD of Consumer Lending, through to the successful IPO. Subsequent roles include COO at Octopus Real Estate and most recently a Partner at FRP Advisory, within the property restructuring team.
