Jamie Constable

Jamie is the co-founder of award-winning Rcapital, an investment company that provides funding, commercial expertise and hands-on support to help transform and grow businesses. As a specialist in corporate restructuring and turnaround, he uses his industry knowledge and insight to advise management teams on creating value and growing businesses.

Jamie is uniquely skilled at identifying solutions to stabilise companies and accelerate business growth. His expertise has earned him a place in Credit Today’s Top 50 influencers list. He has also won an Insolvency and Rescue Award for Best Rescue Funder, and most recently the TMA’s European Turnaround of the Year.

A qualified accountant and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants, Jamie trained with Touche Ross and went on to found an award-winning firm of Chartered Tax Advisors and Accountants, RJP. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), the IFT and advisor to the Flight & Partners Recovery Fund launched by Lord Flight in 2008.
