Tuscan was launched as a UK short-term property lender in 2018 by one of the most experienced teams in the property finance market. Quilam backed the management team of Colin Sanders and Ed Parsons from start up in Feb 2018. Since launch the business has established the brand in the market as a team which delivers market leading service, with a consistent to approach to risk and pricing that incorporates lending on both residential and commercial properties.

Tuscan is now firmly established as one of the UK’s best known short term property lenders, with a broad product set and access to efficient and diversified funding partners – tailored by product and provided by three large institutions. Since inception Tuscan have originated over £200m of loans.

The business now operates from three regional distribution hubs – with offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester enabling deeper introducer relationships and reduced concentration risk in the portfolio.
