They specialise in providing asset finance facilities to SMEs and sole traders.

The business is run by three individuals with a collective 50 years experience in asset finance. Most origination is broker intermediated with the business having an extensive broker network with Catfoss’s reputation of quick turnarounds having assured them consistent flow.

Catfoss specialise in funding ‘real’ assets, these are large business critical assets at reasonable LTVs with proven resale value. This coupled with an effective enforcement strategy tested over the years of trading means the business has minimised annualised losses.
